The concern on N95 valved respirators is overblown since all other masks leak and over a minute or two, enough virus may leak.

Valved N95 respirator masks are being unnecessarily demonized in India after a recent DGHS notification.
Only hair stylists should NOT use valved respirators – everyone else can socially distance in a way that makes this argument moot. Remember- the best safeguard is environment design & ventilation.
